Raynor Naturopathic Massage uses techniques gained from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Massage, Reflexology and Yoga Breath work to find any residual tension or blockage in the body and releases it. This form of massage covers not just the muscles but the energy systems of the body as some of the residue tensions in the body can be from emotional or stress related reasons.
